The Oxford Police Department files criminal charges through the Dudley District Court. Cases originating from the Oxford Police may be tried in Dudley District Court, East Brookfield District Court, or Worcester District Court.

Juvenile Cases are handled by the Worcester County Juvenile Court Department in either the Dudley or Worcester Courts. Any matters concerning the Oxford Police and court proceedings may be directed to Officer McDonald.
