No Trespass Form (PDF)

This form is used to formally notify someone that they may not enter or remain upon your property. Once a person receives notification of a No Trespass, a violation is subject to arrest and a criminal charge of Trespass (Mass General Law Chapter 266, section 120). Only the rightful owner of a property may issue a No Trespass.
